Terms of Use

Effective date: 15 August 2026

Sufra is a personal project, built by one person for families and close friends — not a company, not a startup. These terms are short because the deal is simple.

Personal use

Sufra is for personal, non-commercial use: sharing meals with people you actually know. Don't use it to run a business, scrape data, spam tables, or build anything on top of its backend.

Your content is yours

You own every photo, dish name, and recipe you post. By posting, you give Sufra only the permission it needs to work: to store your content and show it to the members of the tables you posted it to. That's the whole license. Delete your account and it ends — your content is erased, as described in the privacy policy.

Behave at the table

Tables are private and invite-only, so moderation is the family's business first. But accounts used for abuse — harassment, illegal content, attempts to break into other people's tables or the service itself — can be terminated without notice.

No warranty

Sufra is provided as is, free of charge, with no warranty of any kind. It's a side project maintained with care but without guarantees: the service may have bugs, may be interrupted, and may change or shut down. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sufra and its builder are not liable for any damages arising from its use. Please keep copies of photos that matter to you.

Changes

If these terms change, the effective date above changes with it, and the current version is always at this URL.
